Mission 1: Recruitment & Vetting of Foreign Volunteers
A Bloodmoon Rising Legion Network Initiative
The Gateway to Ukraine’s Foreign Volunteer Forces
Operation Iron Gate is the front line of our mission — the structured, ethical, and legally compliant process we use to help connect qualified foreign volunteers, primarily from the United States, with Ukrainian military units that actively accept international fighters.
Whether you’re a combat veteran, a medical professional, or a highly skilled civilian ready to serve in Ukraine’s defense, we help guide you through the process while protecting the integrity of the units we represent.
What We Do
✅ Maintain a Verified Unit Directory
We publicly list Ukrainian brigades, battalions, legions, and divisions that accept international volunteers. Each listing includes:
- Unit name and mission profile
- Skill requirements
- Application steps and documentation
- Notes on specialty roles (e.g., drone operators, medics, instructors)
This helps volunteers understand where they may best serve — and helps Ukrainian units receive only those who are truly ready to contribute.
✅ Conduct Professional Screening
Our U.S.-based team includes military veterans and security professionals trained to evaluate:
- DD-214s and military service records
- Criminal history (background checks)
- Motivation for enlistment
- Language or technical skill fit
We ensure that those we forward are not only qualified — but dependable, ethical, and aligned with Ukraine’s mission.
🔒 Zero tolerance policy: We automatically reject any applicant with a history of sexual offenses, terrorism-related activity, or extremist affiliations. No exceptions.
✅ Optional Psychological Assessments
When requested by a unit or when resources allow, we provide access to licensed mental health professionals for voluntary online fitness-for-duty screenings. This added layer of care helps prevent instability, burnout, or liability from entering a unit’s ranks.
How It Works
- Apply: Interested volunteers complete an intake form on our website.
- Review: We conduct document checks, interviews, and background screening.
- Unit Match: We compare the applicant to your unit’s stated requirements.
- Report Sent: We forward approved applicants to your command with a summary file.
- You Decide: Final acceptance and deployment are always in your hands.
All applications are processed with privacy, respect, and transparency — and no one is forwarded without your unit’s approval criteria being met.
Legally Compliant. Ethically Structured.
Bloodmoon Rising never signs enlistment contracts in the United States. All official paperwork and oaths must be completed either:
- In Ukraine, or
- At a Ukrainian embassy or consulate abroad.
We are registered under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and operate within all U.S. laws concerning international recruitment. We charge no money and offer no payment for enlistment.
Built for the Units We Serve
Each Ukrainian unit we partner with provides us with:
- A list of their acceptance criteria
- A point of contact for receiving vetted applications
- Optional instructions for specific needs (e.g., “We need 3 drone pilots this month”)
We tailor our process to your standards and send only who you’re looking for — nothing more.
Why It Matters
In wartime, every fighter matters. Every medic, every drone operator, every logistics hand. But bringing in the wrong person — unstable, unskilled, or unvetted — can cost lives.
Operation Iron Gate ensures that what enters your ranks is nothing but steel.
